refers to the digital products, automation tools, and professional support offered by ScaleBridger.

3. Eligibility

To use ScaleBridger, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.Register for a ScaleBridger account.Accept these Terms and comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Services Provided

ScaleBridger offers various automation solutions to optimize business processes, such as:

1. Sales Automation: Lead generation, nurturing, and opportunity management.

2. Marketing Automation: Email marketing, social media posting, SEO, and more.

3. Customer Support Automation: Ticketing, chatbots, and SLA monitoring.

4. HR and Recruitment Automation: Applicant tracking, onboarding, and performance reviews.

5. Project Management: Task tracking, project status updates, and deadline reminders.

6. Finance Automation: Invoice generation, expense reporting, and financial analytics.

7. Compliance and Legal Automation: Policy updates, contract management, and compliance tracking.

These Services are offered with ongoing updates to improve functionality and client experience.

5. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering for ScaleBridger. It is the User’s responsibility to maintain updated account information and secure their login credentials. ScaleBridger will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

ScaleBridger offers both monthly and annual subscription plans with varying pricing and features. By subscribing, you authorize ScaleBridger to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

6.2 Usage-Based Fees

Some services, like SMS and call recording, have associated usage fees. Clients will be notified of these fees in advance and are responsible for any overage charges that apply based on their use of the Platform.

6.3 Refunds

ScaleBridger does not generally offer refunds for Services. Special exceptions may apply, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Responsibilities

By using ScaleBridger, you agree to:

Use the Platform in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Not engage in unlawful or unauthorized activities on the Platform.Maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials.Use the Platform’s communication tools responsibly (e.g., A2P 10DLC messaging) and comply with all opt-in and messaging consent regulations.

8. A2P 10DLC Messaging Compliance

Clients using ScaleBridger’s messaging features are responsible for ensuring that contacts have consented to receive messages. ScaleBridger reserves the right to charge registration fees for A2P 10DLC compliance, and failure to comply with messaging guidelines may lead to additional carrier fees or suspension of messaging services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software within ScaleBridger is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use ScaleBridger for business purposes. Copying, modifying, or distributing any Platform materials without written permission from ScaleBridger is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Privacy and Security

ScaleBridger adheres to industry-standard security protocols to protect User data. By using the Platform, you agree to ScaleBridger’s data practices, including collection, processing, and storage of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

ScaleBridger reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services without notice if the User violates these Terms, misuses the Platform, or engages in activities harmful to other users or the Platform.

12. Disclaimers

“AS-IS” Basis: ScaleBridger is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or that it will meet all User needs.

No Liability for Indirect Damages: ScaleBridger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ScaleBridger’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for Services in the six months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold ScaleBridger harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

ScaleBridger reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Users via email or the Platform. Continued use of ScaleBridger constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of South Carolina.
