Web request

Start an account deletion request

Use the email associated with your ScaleBridger account. This creates a provisional request; it does not confirm your identity or authorize deletion.

A receipt does not say whether an account exists for this email. Identity confirmation is required before deletion can proceed.

Return path

Check status without exposing the request

The private status code is separate from the stable request reference. It reveals only a coarse lifecycle state and should be kept private. Invalid, changed, and unknown status codes all return the same unavailable result.

Private status lookup

Check a deletion request

Paste the private status code issued by the signed-in app. A request reference alone cannot reveal status.

Keep this status code private. This form sends it only in the request body; it is not placed in the page URL or saved by the page.

01

What the request does

A web submission records a pending request and returns a stable, persisted request reference.

The public receipt does not confirm that an account exists, confirm identity, authorize deletion, or start the provisional processing period.

02

Confirmation and cancellation

After signed-in identity confirmation, the request enters a provisional processing period. The request may be cancelled while its current status still permits cancellation.

Account access remains active while the request is pending or confirmed. Access is revoked only if terminal deletion execution completes.

03

What completion means

At terminal completion, the current workflow deactivates active organization memberships, revokes membership access links, refresh credentials, and stored delegated-authorization credentials, removes saved user preferences tied to that identity, and anonymizes and deactivates the primary account identity.

A completed request means this documented identity-and-access cleanup finished. It does not claim erasure from every workspace record, backup, connected service, processor, or third party.

Delays, records, and support

Workspace or billing responsibility, financial records, legal or security retention needs, disputes, missing identity records, or cross-system dependencies may block or delay completion.

Business records, audit evidence, financial records, and client-controlled workspace records may remain when retention or shared-estate responsibilities require them.

A stable request reference cannot reveal status. A separately issued private status code can be pasted into the status lookup on this page and returns only a coarse lifecycle state. This resource does not currently send automatic completion notifications.

Contact support with the stable request reference if you need help. Do not include the private status code in a support message.
