The paid entry · $1,500

See where the revenue leaks.

The Digital Estate Audit is a paid diagnostic that maps your digital estate — where opportunity enters, where it leaks, and who actually owns the system. It is the entry to EstateLayer, and the gate every build passes through. We build the digital estate around your real estate.

Own your digital estate before rented platforms own your business.

Proven delivery across web, iOS, and Android.

Fig. 01What it is
A diagnosis, not a pitch

We map the system before we propose a build.

Most operators do not have a marketing problem. They have an ownership problem: a digital estate stitched from rented platforms, with revenue draining at the seams nobody owns.

The audit is the source-of-truth diagnosis. We trace every path from first signal to paid, mark each leak, and name who owns each part of the system. The quote follows the findings — never the other way around.

The Digital Estate Leak Map

You do not leave with a slide deck. You leave with five deliverables, anchored by the Digital Estate Leak Map — an owner-grade written document of how your estate runs and where it should go:

01
Live 90-minute working session

A live 90-minute working session on your actual systems — not a discovery call.

02
Async review of your estate before the session

We review your estate — booking flow, PMS, CRM, payments, automations, reporting — before the session, so the 90 minutes start from evidence.

03
Digital Estate Leak Map

The written Leak Map: every revenue leak named by location and severity, including the revenue-leak estimate.

04
Priority Fix Roadmap

The 30-day fix plan: leaks ranked by revenue impact, so you know exactly what to fix first.

05
Implementation Quote

The build/no-build path: a scoped quote generated from the findings — including the honest option of not building.

Estate Inventory → leak diagnosis → priority fixes → blueprint
  1. 01
    Estate Inventory

We take stock of every digital asset in your operation — what you own, what you rent, and how it connects. Truth before motion: nothing is proposed until the system is seen.

  2. 02
    Leak diagnosis

We trace the path from first signal to paid and mark every point where opportunity enters or leaks. This is the leak → blueprint engine that anchors every ScaleBridger build.

  3. 03
    Priority fixes

The leaks are ranked by what they cost and what it takes to close them — so the first dollar of work goes to the highest-leverage repair, not the loudest one.

  4. 04
    Blueprint path

You leave with the Digital Estate Leak Map and a clear route into the build — the Estate Blueprint and Buildout that turn the diagnosis into an owned system.

The audit is the gate

Every EstateLayer engagement begins here. What the audit prescribes — a blueprint, a buildout, ongoing stewardship — is scoped to your operation from the findings.

ScaleBridger builds EstateLayer. StayLayer proves it in hospitality. Enclave crowns it in private communities.

The questions worth answering first.

What actually happens in the Digital Estate Audit?

The Digital Estate Audit runs in three moves. First, an async review of your estate — booking flow, PMS, CRM, payments, automations, reporting — so the session starts from evidence. Then a live 90-minute working session on your actual systems, not a discovery call, tracing every path from first signal to paid and marking each point where opportunity enters or leaks. Then the written deliverables. It is a diagnosis, not implementation: nothing is built during the audit, and no build is proposed until the system is seen. You receive a Leak Map draft within 24 hours of the session and the final document within 5 business days — so you leave with a decision-grade picture of your estate, not a sales deck.

What do I actually receive?

You receive five deliverables, anchored by the Digital Estate Leak Map: a live 90-minute working session, an async review of your estate before the session, the Leak Map, the Priority Fix Roadmap, and the Implementation Quote. It is not a slide deck. The Leak Map is an owner-grade written document that names every revenue leak by location and severity; the Priority Fix Roadmap ranks those fixes by revenue impact so you know what to fix first; and the Implementation Quote scopes a build from the findings — including the honest option of not building. What you keep is a written, decision-grade record of how your estate runs and where it should go.

What does the audit cost, and how does the credit work?

The Digital Estate Audit is $1,500, and the full fee is credited toward a build signed within 30 calendar days. There is no obligation to purchase a Buildout — the audit stands on its own, and build work is scoped and sold separately from the findings. The credit applies once, toward a qualifying Buildout agreement, which makes the diagnosis you pay for a down payment on the system you own rather than a sunk cost. Pricing for the build rungs lives on the pricing page.

What if ScaleBridger isn't the right fit for us?

ScaleBridger is deliberately narrow, so it says plainly when it is not the right choice: one-off patches, buyers who will not grant system access, zero-involvement done-for-you expectations, and cross-industry enterprise programs better served by a Thoughtworks/EPAM-class consultancy. If that is you, the honest answer is that another partner will serve you better. If you are not sure, the free Leak Scorecard reads your estate and points you to the right next step at no cost — with no obligation either way.

What happens after the audit?

You leave with the five deliverables and no obligation to go further — the audit stands on its own. If you decide to build, the work is scoped and sold separately from the findings and runs through the rest of the EstateLayer ladder — Blueprint, Buildout, Stewardship — ending in a system you own. If you decide not to, there is no further commitment and the diagnosis is yours. Should you proceed within 30 calendar days, the full audit fee is credited toward the build.

Start with the diagnosis.

One operating unit, one paid diagnostic, one Digital Estate Leak Map. If we build, the $1,500 comes off the top. The fastest way to see the system clearly is to commission the audit.
