Fig. 00Digital Estate Audit — booking
90 minutes · paid digital estate audit · $1,500

Book your Digital Estate Audit.

A paid, evidence-based audit — not a free intro call. You define what you own and what must become true; we reconstruct how the estate actually operates, name where money, time, trust, control, continuity, or evidence is leaking, and determine the correct next intervention. The audit assesses and decides — the Blueprint architects. If you build with us, the audit fee comes off the build.
Proven delivery across web, iOS, and Android.

What you leave with
  • Source Architect Brief — A concise statement of what you own, the reality you are attempting to create, the constraints governing it, and the conditions that define success.
  • Current Estate Map — The systems, actors, accounts, data, ownership boundaries, and handoffs involved in the primary operating route.
  • Digital Estate Leak Map — Every verified fracture named by location, severity, evidence, and consequence.
  • Priority Intervention Roadmap — A sequenced path showing what must be stabilized now, repaired next, architected later, and intentionally left unchanged.
  • Architecture Decision and Implementation Path — A clear determination of whether the estate requires no build, a repair, an integration, a replacement, a Blueprint, or a Buildout. Where implementation is justified, the findings produce a scoped quote.
The investment
$1,500

90-minute live working session plus an async review of your estate beforehand. Written Leak Map draft within 24 hours of the session; final PDF within 5 business days.

Credited toward your build

The complete $1,500 is credited toward a qualifying ScaleBridger build signed within 30 calendar days. The audit pays for itself the moment you proceed — and stands on its own as a prioritized roadmap if you do not. There is no obligation to purchase a buildout.

What the audit reviews

Inventories the full digital estate — every meaningful component the operation owns, uses, depends upon, or pays for. Deeply audits one primary operating route, within one defined estate boundary, with one accountable decision-maker. Every audit examines the same seven connected layers — one estate, one primary route, one evidence-backed decision.

01Identity & ownership
02Demand & relationship
03Trust & decision
04Transaction & revenue
05Delivery & operations
06Evidence & data
07Intelligence & governance
How the evidence works

After payment, a structured intake defines the estate: what you own or control, which estate family is closest, which primary route must work, and who holds authority. You then provide the operating surfaces, artifacts, and safe read access needed to reconstruct the current estate — the async evidence review happens before the session, so the 90 minutes start from evidence.

We never ask you to place passwords, private keys, or other sensitive access values into an ordinary form. Where system access is needed it is read-only and least-privilege, granted through controlled mechanisms — and where direct access is not appropriate, guided screenshare, metadata exports, redacted samples, or reports you generate yourself work instead.

For a Stays-family estate, for example, the evidence typically spans the booking flow, PMS, guest communications, and owner reporting — the same seven layers, expressed in hospitality vocabulary.

This is for
  • You own or control an asset, practice, audience, portfolio, property, treasury, or operation.
  • Several systems, people, and handoffs must work together.
  • You have authority to make architecture decisions.
  • You can provide the evidence and read access necessary to examine the estate honestly.
  • You want the recurring problem corrected at its source rather than patched one more time.
This is not for
  • You need only an isolated technical repair.
  • You are looking only for the cheapest website or automation.
  • You cannot provide evidence or appropriate system access.
  • No one involved has authority to act on the findings.
  • You expect a complete target architecture or deployed system to be included in the audit.
  • The requested scope spans an entire institution, multiple entities, or several unrelated operating routes — those environments require a qualified custom scope.
