Public engagement surface
Engagement begins with an assessment. Not a plan.
ScaleBridger is operator infrastructure. The public surface is intentionally narrow: create an account, or commission the audit that maps your operation. Everything past that is scoped after we see the system.

The full operating ladder
The $1,500 Digital Estate Audit is the gate. What it prescribes — a deeper audit, a managed pod, or a full build — is scoped to your operation. The figures below are published starting points; the audit produces the quote.

What determines the price of an engagement?
The price is set by two variables: which rung of the ladder your situation calls for — a deeper audit, a managed pod, or a full build — and the scope of the operation being built for. The figures published above are starting points, not fixed quotes; a real number is scoped from the audit findings, never improvised. That is why the Digital Estate Audit comes first: it maps your estate and identifies observable losses and gaps, and the quote is built from what it finds. You see the number that fits your operation before committing to any build, rather than a menu price that ignores it.
Why isn't there a fixed package menu?
Because a build is scoped consultatively from the audit findings — an inquiry and a quote, not a checkout. The published figures above are per-rung starting points, not off-the-shelf packages you buy sight-unseen; the only fixed, buy-now price is the Digital Estate Audit, and the free account is open at no cost. A menu would force one of two dishonest outcomes — a number too low to deliver, or padding you don't need — so the build number is set from what the audit actually maps. The trade is that build pricing takes an audit rather than a click, and in exchange the quote fits the operation instead of a template.
Are there minimum thresholds to work with ScaleBridger?
There is no minimum spend required to engage. The two entry doors are the free account and the Digital Estate Audit; the audit is a standalone assessment with no obligation to purchase a build afterward. The one threshold that does exist is the build floor — build work begins at the published starting figure shown in the ladder above, and everything between the audit and a build is scoped from the audit findings. So the honest smallest step is the free Digital Estate Scorecard or the audit, not a large commitment; the build floor only applies once you choose to build.
When is the price actually established?
In two moments. The Digital Estate Audit's price is fixed and known before you commit to anything — it is the one number set upfront. Every figure beyond it — a deeper audit, a managed pod, or a full build — is established after the audit, because the audit maps your estate, identifies observable losses and gaps, and produces the findings used to scope the quote. Until then, the figures published above are starting points, not final quotes. You never commit to a build number in the dark: the fixed audit fee is what converts the published starting points into a real, scoped quote — and that fee is fully credited toward a qualifying build signed within 30 calendar days.
