One owned estate. Zero price drift.
Client: an international hospitality operator managing 50+ short-term-rental listings. Name withheld.
The situation
Pricing lived in the property-management system. The website ran separately. Checkout ran separately again. Every gap between them produced mispriced bookings, manual reconciliation, and hours of spreadsheet correction — the standard cost of renting disconnected tools instead of owning one estate.
What we built
ScaleBridger designed, built, and operates the client’s owned digital estate: the public booking platform, a PMS-synchronization engine, payment rails, owner and admin surfaces, and shipped iOS and Android applications — one system, one source of truth.
The results
The stewardship
Hosting, monitoring, deployment gates, and rollback discipline — operated, not handed over and abandoned. That’s the difference between a website project and a digital estate.
